The raised embossed letters are an integral part of the solid aluminium casting, formed when the molten metal is poured into the mould at approx 700 degrees centigrade.

  The cast aluminium wall bracket bracket is fixed to the wall by four steel wall anchors and four 10mm stainless steel bolts. The sign is connected to the bracket by a 25 mm dia stainless steel shaft and held in position with stainless steel fixings, this shaft ensures the sign only swings in one plain alowing the sign to be steady in windy conditions. Should you wish the sign can be locked by the stainless steel fixings so it doesn't swing at all.
